The Team

Kelvin Leow, PMP

Mr. Kelvin Leow has over 10 years of experience in software industry. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and obtained honor degree in Bachelor of Software Engineering from University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. He started career with Motorola Australia. Mr. Leow moved to Malaysia in 2002 and become Program Manager with Intel Malaysia, managing a team of application developers to drive strategic growth for Intel’s global manufacturing computing. He was a keynote speaker in Intel Worldwide Operational Innovation Conference 2006 in Sacramento, CA. At present, Mr. Leow leads the product roadmap of Claritas CRM solution.

Martin Shaw

Mr. Martin Shaw has decades of hands on expertise and experience in managing highly complex call centre operations across the globe. He was the integral person who set up and manages Nokia and Singtel's call centre outside of Malaysia. Prior to Claritas, he was also the founder of CCA, established since 2007, with branches in Malaysia and Hong Kong. At present, Mr. Shaw primarily leads Claritas 360 operation - specialist in management dashboard information.

Brandon Chang

Mr. Brandon Chang holds Master Degree in Information Technology from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Bachelor Degree in Information Systems from Charles Stuart University, Australia. He has more than 13 years of experience in ICT field especially on e-commerce industry. Among his career highlights are successful implementation of Malaysia first Internet Banking solution with Bank Simpanan Nasional Malaysia (BSN); and first Payment Gateway solution for HSBC Malaysia. He also implemented IVR for NTV7’s “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” telephone contest qualification; and at the same time, implemented Workforce Management system for Malaysia Airlines (MAS) call center. Mr. Chang is a Microsoft Certified Professional and primarily leads company’s cloud initiatives.
